Stephen has been a registered architect for over 35 years and, as the founding director of Next Workplace, brings comprehensive experience in workplace design, having delivered over 2 million m² of innovative workplace. His expertise evolved from pure design into workplace strategy and advisory services, where he developed a deep understanding of how physical environments influence organisational behaviour and productivity.
